Hello Enkyoji members and supporters,
This is an amazing event, organized by Nichiren Shu priests and temples, that started at the beginning of the pandemic and continues to be held monthly. For exactly 24 hours, Nichiren Shu temples and Sangha’s from all over the world, gather online to take turns chanting and giving short lectures during a 24 hour period.
The result has been something powerfully impactful for believers and practitioner’s all over the world, who have participated.
Below, I have added the video of our one hour chanting session, held at our Hokke Shugen Dojo in Seattle from this months event. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, it is very challenging to go to the temple to hold this service, so we held it at our Ballard Dojo.
I have felt honored along with my fellow practitioner’s to actualize our practice through recitation of the Odaimoku (Sacred Title) to support people at this time. It is truly powerful and will support the healing and protection of all beings to overcome this challenging time and move together towards the goal of enlightenment. Which is the only way to truly heal the world. Please consider joining us, next month in this great ceremony. I will post updates to give you the date and time of the practice.
