Rokusai Nichi (六斎日) refers to the 6 days of fasting and practice observed on the 8th, 14th, 15th, 23rd and final two days of each lunar
month. Members are encouraged to eat vegetarian meals on those days and to fast after
the noon meal. Solar calendar days are marked on the calendars below. If you have medical problems, please consult your physician before fasting.
On most Sundays we offer a service at 10:30 a.m. The first Sunday of the month is usually set aside for a special children's service
(adults are welcome to come to the children's service). Please check the calendar below for updates and details.
Dharma school for children is held most Sundays at 11:30 a.m.
